Danielle Keasling, one of the most influential and passionate hair stylists of today. Seven times nominated for the North American Hairstylist Awards and 2018 's North American Hairstylist of the Year, her work is highly influential in the beauty industry. Admired for her passion, drive and humble nature, Danielle's work is avidly followed by hairstylists, designers, models, photographers and can be found worldwide in print, on the runway, and throughout advertising campaigns. Danielle quickly gained a reputation in the editorial and fashion arena and joined L'oreal as Matrix Artistic Director of the USA in 2016. As a avid fashionista and lover of great taste, Danielle's approach to her education philosophy is to create simple, efficient and refined hair that is foundational classic yet reflective of todays trends. Admired for her simple approach to hairstyling and personal collaborative skills, Danielle joined the Matrix Global Design Team in 2017 and works hand in hand with the brand and the artists worldwide in developing the Matrix brand, image and education. Traveling globally, inspiring hairstylists at shows and on stage, and working one on one with teams from around the world opened up even more doors and opportunities for Danielle to expand her reach in the industry. Almost simultaneously while celebrating her position with the Matrix Global team, she was offered a position on the Ulta Beauty Pro Team as a Matrix Ambassador. It is here she works with stylists from multiple brands to develop and maintain the Ulta Beauty Salon education and messaging. Working with Ulta Beauty and Matrix has brought in opportunities for Keasling such as styling hair for the 2016 Super Bowl with Lady Gaga, Good Morning America spotlights, news sessions and celebrity relationships. In 2018 Danielle took on the position of Chief Executive Director for Great Lengths USA and now works hand in the development and growth of the company. Overseeing the new Artistic Design team for Great Lengths USA, celebrity events and social media strategies, Danielle has been immersed in every aspect of the industry which she feels helps her make her a better all around leader and influencer.
Keasling's rapid rise in the industry is solely built on the love and passion she has for hairstylists and sharing her knowledge. She has mentored many stylists and continues to provide information and mentorship opportunities to those interested. Keasling recently sold her successful salon in 2018 and is now focusing on her individual brand and the companies she represents, amongst other exciting opportunities. She is currently working on strategies and development with RDKL, a newly launched skincare company that is geared toward millennial skincare; as well as LYB productions to create education and opportunities for hairstylists in the fashion industry and luxury bridal market.
